The Les Espones Canyon, also known as the Montrós Canyon, is located in Vall Fosca (Mont-ros, Torre de Cabdella, Pallars Jussà region, Lleida), opposite the Roi Canyon. Formed in slate rock and surrounded by forest, it features short but thrilling rappels that go right through the active water flow.
Known as the “King of Vall Fosca,” this is a dynamic canyon full of jumps, slides, and rappels—one of the best options for the summer months. Just 20 minutes from La Pobla de Segur, it offers refreshing, crystal-clear water.
The canyon includes 4 rappels up to 18 m (one over a petrified log), jumps into clear pools of up to 8 meters, and plenty of natural slides.
It’s a top canyoning destination in Pallars Jussà, known for its aquatic nature, jungle-like setting, and guaranteed fun.
