The Infern Canyon (Hell Canyon) is located near Pobla de Segur, in the Pallars region.
It is one of the star canyons of the Lleida Pyrenees, the great jewel of Collegats, a perfect example of a full canyon experience.
Here you can enjoy the work created by water, entering a deep fissure with walls up to 120 meters high on both sides. It is both a sporty and beautiful canyon, with various rock formations including jumps, a rappel into a dark cave, and finishing by floating in the waters of the Noguera Pallaresa river.
To enter the canyon, you have to cross the Noguera Pallaresa river on a zip line, making the adventure even more fun.
The Infern Canyon offers different jumps, slides, steps, and rappels of various heights, including an 18-meter rappel inside the “Great Cave.” At the end of this rappel, you arrive in a beautiful, dark, and very cool chamber.
One of the most frequent questions is whether the Infern Canyon, Sort, is suitable for children. The answer is “yes.” The Infern Canyon can be done with children from 9 years old without any problems. It is a medium difficulty canyon, suitable for all people, well equipped, and presents no difficulties when descending.
