This helps ensure that the experience is enjoyable, memorable, and rewarding for both our guides and our participants.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bookings<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bookings can be made in several ways:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">via WhatsApp or by phone (recommended);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">directly through our website;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">by sending us an email.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bookings must be made at least 12 hours before the activity.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A 40% deposit of the total activity cost is required to confirm your booking.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Payments<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Due to the remote location of many of our activities, mobile payment apps may not work because of limited network coverage. If you arrive without a prior booking, payment must be made before the activity begins.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Booking deposits can be paid by bank transfer or Bizum.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We prefer the remaining balance to be paid directly to the guide before the activity. Cash payment is recommended.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cancellations<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An activity may be cancelled in the following cases:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">adverse weather conditions;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dangerously high water levels;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">insufficient physical fitness;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">inappropriate behaviour;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">being under the influence of alcohol or drugs.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Refund Policy<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the event of a cancellation, we do not issue refunds.
